I'm constantly hniavg this battle with my fitness camp attendees I tell them that if they are pouring themselves into their HIIT protocols, they will want the rest I'm recommended they have. Some of these folks are moving around like boxers or jogging in place between work intervals. They just don't get it. I tell them to work hard, rest often but they just drag their feet through the work. Frustrating
